Lake + outdoors
The water is yours.
Private lakefront means walking out of the house onto your own shore — no public access point, no sharing the dock with a parking lot.
On the water
Coffee. A paddle. Dinner outside. Fire.
Two kayaks, three stand-up paddleboards and a two-person inflatable tube live at the shoreline, along with the float platform guests swim out to. The deck steps down to the water, so swimming is a decision you make in about four seconds.

After dark
Outside is always in season.
The hot tub runs year-round — steam and snow in January, stars in July. Two fire pits, one on the patio by the water and one at the edge of the woods, plus a Traeger and outdoor tables for eating out there instead of in.

Season by season
Swimming and paddling run through the warm months; in the cold months the water equipment is put away and the hot tub, fires and fireplace carry the evenings. The lake is at its loudest in October and quietest under snow.
